Very professional and made sure everything was working well.
Brian, was on time and very knowledgeable. He was able to solve our furnace problem and explain exactly what he was doing. He was great.
Service tech was very pleasant and professional always kind and informative
Performed QA on Goodman Gas Furnace/AC install. Reviewed installation with homeowner. Tested system in heating mode. Tested the wet switch safety and the ez trap safety. Filled condensation pump and tested. Reviewed programming on Cool Cloud and setup the AC which was not programmed. Had to cut condensate drain because it was pitched backwards and the EZ trap was backing up when I poured water through the drain. Completed checklist form in system. When we go back for Six Month inspection we need to cut the drain line before and after the ez trap so it can be pitched correctly and add a Union fitting on the drain near the pump so it can be serviced more easily. I cut the drain so it is draining and not causing an issue until we come back.
Completed AC tune up for 3 Ton system Replaced 16x25x1 filter Inspected condition of both the indoor and outdoor coil Measured temperature split (67-46=21°Good) and static pressure Ensured drains were clear. Left estimate for EZ trap with float switch that will shut system down if drain should get clogged. Verified operation of condensate pump. Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components. Discussed and left email estimates for surge protectors. Verified integrity of compressor motors using megaohmeter. Discussed and left estimate for hard start kit for AC. Monitored R410A refrigerant pressures and diagnostics: Good Homeowners agreed to and paid for plan renewal today,
Performed cooling maintenance, replaced air filter. Cleaned eztrap and drain. Updated cool cloud software. Checked voltage, amperage and electrical connections, measured capacitor values. Started air conditioner, checked refrigerant charge. Checked operation and temperature drop across coil.
Inspected drain pan took photos, found no issues.
Performed heating maintenance on a gas furnace, a gas tankless water heater and a heat pump. Replaced air filters. Cleaned burners and flame sensors , inspected heat exchangers. Blew out condensate traps and drains. Checked voltage, amperage and electrical connection’s. Started furnace and water heater, tested limit and safety switches. Performed combustion test checked air and water temperature rise. Serviced heat pump, replaced air filter, tested electric heat. Checked voltage, amperage and electrical connections, measured capacitor values. Started heat pump, calculated btu output. Checked operation and temperature rise across coil.
Performed heating maintenance, replaced air filter. Cleaned burners and flame sensor, inspected heat exchanger. Checked voltage, amperage and electrical connections. Started gas furnace, tested limit and safety switches. Measured fuel pressures and performed combustion test. Checked operation and temperature rise.

Checked condensate on duct work, found insulated duct that had condensation on it. The duct is dry but a puddle had formed when it had condensation on it. Checked dehumidifier, found drain clogged and the full bucket light was on. relative humidity is 70 %. Cleared drain and started dehumidifier.
Performed cooling maintenance on 2 heat pumps, checked air filters ok. Cleaned eztraps and drains. Checked voltage, amperage and electrical connections, measured capacitor values. Started heat pumps, checked refrigerant charge and temperature drop across coils.
AC Tune up for 3 ton Rheem System. Replaced Filter. Drain ok. Both coils are in good condition. All electric motor s and components ok. Refrigerant pressures/subcooling/superheat ok. 28F temp split. Can mpressor Amps/indoor amps ok. Cycled system/thermostat ok. System is operating well at the time of this tune up.
Performed cooling maintenance, checked air filter ok. Cleaned eztrap and drain. Checked voltage, amperage and electrical connections, measured capacitor values. Started air conditioner, checked refrigerant charge and temperature drop across coil.
Talked to customer about problem he is having with being very dusty around the house. Talked to homeowner about air leakage and this would not cause it to be dust in the home but recommend installing a high efficiency Aprilaire filter rack system along with a reme air purifier for best performance. Duct work in basement in enclosed in drywall and is not accessible. Also recommended to get a heating and cooling membership to give discounts on these installations. Also because homeowner had mentioned tune up had not be done this year on the gas furnace.
Checked no backup auxiliary heat. Raised thermostat, propane furnace came on and heated. Checked air filter ok. Checked fuel pressures ok. Checked thermostat and wiring. Found no reason for no lp backup.
Performed Heating Tune Up on American Standard Hybrid System. Replaced High Efficiency Aprilaire 401 Air Filter. Cleaned and serviced Humidifier. Humidifier is set to 35% on Thermostat. Ran test on Humidifier from the Thermostat to test operation. Inspected Furnace and cleaned all drain lines and tubing. Cleaned Condensation Pump and EZ Trap. Tested system in Heat Pump mode and measured Air Temperatures. Tested system in Auxiliary Mode and performed Combustion Analysis on unit. Performed Precision Heating Tune Up on Heat Pump system which supplies the Sunroom Addition to the home. Checked Air Filter which was clean. Tested electrical components on Indoor and Outdoor Units. Put system into Heating mode and measured refrigerant charge. Tested Auxiliary Electric Heat and measured 20 Amps across 5kw Heating Element. Performed Inspection/Tune Up on Tankless Water Heater. Cleaned Ignitor assembly and inspected Burner Area. Checked Electrical Connections on unit. Cleaned Drain Line tubing
